REZAIS Holding GmbH, acting for the private guest WiFi of the Rezai family. Contact: via rezais.com. Where a Data Protection Officer is designated, they can be reached via the same contact.
02 · Data Processed
Technically necessary connection data only: device MAC address, assigned IP address, device name, time and duration of the session, data volume and, where applicable, the RZID code used. No names, e-mail addresses or phone numbers are required.
03 · Purposes & Legal Basis
Provision of internet access (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR); network security, abuse prevention and access control (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — legitimate interest in a safe and lawful network); compliance with legal obligations where applicable (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR).
04 · No Content Monitoring
Content of communications and visited websites are not inspected, profiled, used for advertising or sold (Art. 5 (1) (c) GDPR data minimisation; confidentiality of communications under the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC and § 3 TDDDG).
05 · Cookies & Tracking
This page uses no tracking or marketing cookies and no analytics. Only technically necessary storage is used (§ 25 (2) TDDDG / Art. 5 (3) ePrivacy Directive).
06 · Recipients
Data is not shared with third parties, except technical service providers bound as processors under Art. 28 GDPR, or public authorities where legally required.
07 · Transfers outside the EU/EEA
No transfer to third countries takes place. Should this change, it will only occur under Art. 44 et seq. GDPR (e.g. adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).
08 · Retention
Connection data is deleted automatically after no more than 7 days, unless longer retention is required to investigate a specific security incident or by law.

You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state of your residence, workplace or the place of the alleged infringement (Art. 77 GDPR).
