01 · Provider
This private WiFi is operated by REZAIS Holding GmbH for the Rezai family. It is intended for family members, personally invited guests, and employees and partners holding a valid RZID code.
02 · Free of Charge
Access is provided free of charge and as a courtesy. No contract for a paid telecommunications service is concluded, and there is no entitlement to access.
03 · Authorisation
Only authorised persons may use the network. RZID codes are personal, must be kept confidential and must not be shared.
04 · Prohibited Use
Use must comply with applicable EU and national law. Prohibited in particular: copyright infringement (e.g. illegal file sharing), distribution of illegal content within the meaning of the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), attacks on or unauthorised access to systems, spam, and any use harming minors.
05 · User Responsibility
Each user is responsible for their own online activities and devices. Users shall indemnify the operator against third-party claims arising from their unlawful use, to the extent legally permitted.
06 · Liability
The operator is not liable for content accessed via the network (Art. 4 DSA — mere conduit; § 8 TDG). Liability for slight negligence is excluded; this does not apply to injury to life, body or health, intent, gross negligence or mandatory statutory liability.
07 · Availability & Blocking
No guarantee of availability, speed or security is given. Access may be limited, blocked or ended at any time, in particular in case of misuse.
08 · Security
Use is at your own risk. The network is not a substitute for your own protection — use HTTPS, VPN and up-to-date software for sensitive data.
09 · Data Protection
Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy in line with the GDPR.
10 · Governing Law
German law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence within the EU. Should any clause be invalid, the remaining terms stay effective.
